The guy at the front desk was awesome and exhibited excellent customer service. The room was very clean and quiet.

desk staff was friendly, gave us a nonsmoking room and told us Booking.com get the bottom of the barrel rooms so don't use them...I would never book a smoking room so that is pretty disturbing. I'm going to pay closer attention when using Booking.com

The fact that it was close to the venue I needed to be at.
